While the moniker, "America's Team" to this day gets under the skin of every other NFL team, players, fans, etc... and each year a new team self proclaims themselves as America's Team, when anyone hears this term, they immediately think (even if they won't admit it)....... Dallas Cowboys.
Well now Emory Professors have put together a very detailed study to show, that yes, in fact the Dallas Cowboys are America's Team. And as noted in the article, the two professors who did the study were Redskins and Steelers fans, and were not happy with the results.
